SPI FDIR (CS Control in case of SEL)

Recommendation from ESA regarding SELs in SPI Devices:

  • All pins to device should be powered down
  • Especially CS pin, since it is high inactive
  • CS pin can hold latchup even tough it is high impedance
  • Therefore Software FDIR should either pull CS pin low or disconnect it if lachtup is detected
